I love the gmail integration. It works great! The other CRM’s i’ve worked with are all or nothing but this let’s you relate the important information and let’s the junk slide, you can tell if there is already a case or opportunity for this communication and relate activities or get caught up easily.

It’s Okay, It would be nice if they would simply create their own email client software that can be used in Salesforce directly. Many other CRM’s do this. Additionally, I have had a number of issues with Inbox and Salesforce extensions over the years. and as such I have found that it is less reliable than simply bcc’ing the email to salesforce feature.

I have loved using Salesforce everyday and don’t know where I would be without it. This email extension streamlines the process so that I can be a better sales person. Definitely 5 stars!
Works very well and saves time from not having to switch between Gmail and salesforce wen working. What would make it better is a feature that would enable turning emails into salesforce tasks or a way to flag them forreply, followup, waiting on infor before relying etc.
Any plans to add the ability for delegated users? or multiple SF users accounts to be linked to shared inboxed?
I logged some emails and then when I went to log some more, I’m getting the error message “We couldn’t relate your email to this record. Close the Salesforce pane and open it again. Then, try to relate your email to the Salesforce record. Confirm to retry.”
I did what it says 5 times with no luck. Turned off my computer, clean cache and cookies… nothing seemed to work.
It has a few issues with stability in connection to gmail. I have to refresh and reload my gmail often to get things back up. I’ve also had to uninstall and reinstall the extension a couple times to solve loading issues. Seems to work better if your refresh your gmail frequently, would like to see that improve, but otherwise great tool. Thanks!
We are just starting to use Salesforce at Lifetouch Photography and I have nothing but good things to say about it. This extension works smoothly and we are able to get our emails in as well as see what are tasks for the day are.

Works pretty well, extending features not available in Salesforce itself, such as classifying emails after being sent or received via other ways, such as the mobile gmail app.
The only tricky is saving emails with attachments

I believe this software is extremely useful and beneficial for many reasons: the main reason being communication. I find that this integrated program has a lot to offer. The training classes are perfect for beginner’s and advanced users. You could always learn something new. The platform itself is very helpful especially the chatter capability, and the automatic link to email. I am very pleased with this platform and believe it improves our team’s capabilities. The simplicity of this program is excellent. Thank you for providing additional support!
When it works, its great. For 2 weeks now when I go to log an email it errors out. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, I cleared my cache and cookies, but I am back to manually entering and logging which is a major pain.

Really enjoy the email integration with Salesforce. Saves a bunch of time, and I especially enjoy the read receipts. They have helped revive several conversations that I thought were long dead.
