AngularJS debugger

It’s basically AngularJS Batarang but without the “performance” tab and with the additional feature of enabling you to toggle debug mode on/off in production enabled apps at will.

Fixed an issue from Batarang where $parent scopes didn’t get the __private__ filter treatment
