absolute garbage. if i could give zero stars i would. Ever since this software was sold it has not performed at all. I hit the app button and it tells me to refresh the page. i do then the icon just spins.. never loads a page. i have had this software for a few years. purchased the pro version.. so not sure what i need to do to resolve this.
Such an amazing tool! Had to upgrade from the free tool to the Pro. The features are amazing. I can not only see at a glance the researching specs I need to determine if a product is something I can compete well with in the market by utilizing the side widget, but the details and features available in the full use view by clicking on the tool from the menu bar while on the listing or from the listing page is such valuable researching data that makes it easy to determine the right products to bring to market for our private label sourcing efforts. Love this tool!

I constantly have problems with this software, one day it’s running next you spend hours trying to figure out whats wrong, you come back the next day and its working????There is NO SUPPORT when you have problems. Go with another brand.

Having sold Millions of dollars on Amazon over the past 5 years, I seldom come across tools that do what they say they can do with the capacity to be really helpful to my business and y employees. When I saw ASIN I was skeptical at first, then I tried it. When I found out what it could do, we got it for all our people and trained them on how to use it for our business. It’s saved us tens of thousands of dollars in wasted man hours, poor product choices and incorrect data analysis on our product selections. Even if you don’t sell on Amazon, you can use it for Shopify, eBay or even your own website! The features and uses are too many to list. Grab a copy, you won’t be disappointed!
No question – BEST TOOL EVER! This is the tool our team originally built exclusively for our team but when we decided to allow the public to use it, we’ve put a full support team +have added over 40 features (from the original standard version). Very very excited of where we are going!

This product saves 100s of hours of research on Amazon. My only complaint is Google doesn’t allow this type of extensions on their Mobile version. I can’t imagine the time I would waste trying to sell on Amazon without this tool. A must for every Amazon Entrepreneur! They are very quick to respond when Amazon changes their API and the tool seems to push updates almost every week.
SLOW, SLOW, SLOWWWWWWWW. Yes you can import a group of ASINs and run it but it will take FOREVER. If you are looking to do more than 50 ASIN’s use a different tool.
Also I like how they don’t have the extension searchable in the Chrome Store so that it is hard to get back to leave a review for the product. Which is probably because if it was easy for people to review it would have many more reviews with a low rating.
Very slow and laggy and constantly ‘freezes’ or crashes entirely if results exceed 150 or so. Keyword info completely incorrect, fees information for many items no longer correct, and frankly ridiculously expensive compared to other similar products.
It did however appear to have more accurate number of sales figures (to go along with sales rank) than other tools
