This extension brings back the ability to open new tabs to a simple blank new tab page void of any thumbnails or other data.
This version has a dark theme which should meet the missing need for those with darker themes and want quick, simple old blank tab behavior.

Beautiful. Doesn’t need access to sites I visit. Doesn’t read or change anything on all the sites. It’s just basic plain page without any privacy intrusions.

Sorta wish it was just all black blank but this works since it’s dark and better then white annoyance.
If you add the possibility to cycle images it will make it a great extension.

Really great. I’ve been looking for something like this for a long time. It would be perfect if there was an option to customize the background image.
This is what I needed. The top visiting sites’ thumbnails in new tab are annoying and distracting. We always need a clear interface on new tab for good focus. The other extension provides white bright background in new tab which I don’t like. This one is very good and clean. Thanks..
