INTRODUCTION
This web extension lets an user decide if JavaScript should be enabled or disabled for a given host or a given tab.
FEATURES
– Set the default state (JS on or JS off)
– Set the disable behavior (By domain or by tab)
– Use shortcuts (you can also disable this)
– Use a context menu item for toggling (you can also disable this)
– See your blacklisted/whitelisted domain list
– Add domains manually before visiting a site
– Add base domains that automatically enable/disable JS for sub domains
USAGE
When accessing e.g. google.com and disabling JavaScript, the web extension will block all JavaScript which otherwise would be loaded by google.com (including inline JS and external JS files from other hosts).
Please note that scripts from the blacklisted host will still be loaded if they’re being loaded in another host (unless you block that host as well of course).
SUPPORTED BROWSERS
– Mozilla Firefox (Desktop & Firefox for Android)
– Google Chrome (Desktop)

News websites are infinitely more bearable without JavaScript. My favorite Chrome extension yet. The web is actually usable now! “JavaScript was a mistake.” – Brendan Eich
I’ve been using this extension for a couple of years. It’s simple but effective. Every time I install a new copy of Chromium or Brave, this is one of the first extensions I download.
This is extremely useful! Easy to use and helpful for when I’m reading the news, navigating webpages, etc.
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD
Not as good as the Firefox version. This one does not work as well on all sites.
Extremely helpful extension. Must have.
Nice. On sites that say “disable your ad blocker”, pop this on and the message goes away. Works perfectly.
Does not work, icon never appears, tried on 20 sites.
So incredibly easy. One click and the page reloads without javascript.
Thanks, i use for read news in Brazil.
Its good. I’m testing my site with this tool.
working good for chrome mobile. (kiwi browser on android9)
Works well. Helps hide all the non-content stuff, paywalls, ads, etc. that ABP doesnt catch.
Migrated from Quick Javascript Switcher. The icon from this extension is much clearer, and option menu is more user friendly.
Just what i wanted, a nice and easy toggle of JavaScript per website, amazing
Excellent – it remembers which sites you disable Javascript on and blocks automatically. An important defense against incessant pop-ups among the other java interfaces.
works well, good settings UI
Yeah, this tool make me can block some annoy web js
WELL, this is working fine for me. A bit tricky until understood how it works, but it helps me with some sites like duckduckgo.com, etc. It stops this pop up which i hate to be bothered with, and the auto fill .glitch problem. .
NOTE: I hope the publishers make things more clear on how the (Options tab) really works. As for me it was trial & error to figure it out. Thanks –
