Was having issues, but e-mailed them and they were able to fix my problem.

It’s wasn’t working, asking to install some chrome extension,even after installing that chrome extension still keep on asking to install the extension, frustrating
So I have found the solution to this problem. If you are using a windows device, it will keep asking you to download the extension even though you have already done that. Using an Apple device will allow the filter search to work. Apple phones, Apple laptops, etc. Use Apple Devices not Windows. Kind of sucks they don’t show that it’s only a apple app.
I have the extension installed and it still does not work. I do not recommend this tool, they did not mention anything about an extension before paying and now it ends up not working. Five dollars down the drain.

For all those worried about it being fishy. Here a tip, Just go to extensions and set permissions for this app to only be used in droppoint.site page only. Have a great day 🙂
