Go to one of your actitivty on Strava’s website and click on Fitix icon once the page is loaded. You’ll get global statistics about your workout.
If you specified running intervals in your workout’s title, you’ll get statistics on your laps or splits.
To define your training, you can set distances (in meters), durations (in minutes and seconds) and repetitions (2x200m/45″). All parts are separated by an hyphen (-).
Examples :
10x1000m
15′-1000m-3′-1000m-10′
10′-6x300m/45″-3′-6x300m/45″-5′
I specified 5x1000m/60″ as (1km run, 60sec rest) repeat 5 times. But the chart showed as if I started with 60sec rest. It doesn’t make sense. There is no documentation.

any chance of adding average pace instead of average speed when hovering over an interval ?
or adding a table with the new created interval paces ?
