The page for Field Level Security (FLS) in Salesforce (for each field) consists of several checkboxes (2 * Number of Profiles in Org). When it comes to migration of a new field, many times the FLS does not migrate with the field. It can be an onerous task, to compare and click the checkbox for every profile and for every environment this field get’s deployed to. It can introduce manual error and you also strain your eyes doing it. This extension will automate the task, by storing the FLS for each field, such that you can simply navigate to the destination org’s field’s FLS page and apply the stored FLS. The FLS is stored locally on your machine (chrome cache) and no sensitive data leaves your machine. It also does not use any external libraries. When you apply the FLS to the desired field, the extension merely checks the checkboxes for you. You can still refresh the page, to reset to the original FLS, or change any FLS that you like. It is not saved unless you click the ‘Save’ button.
