Doesn’t work well. Inline images don’t appear correctly. Templatius is a better option with unlimited free templates. It also doesn’t slow down my browser as Gorgias does. This was worth a try, but doesn’t come close to the competition 🙁
Can’t edit templates – just presents me with a white blank box – can’t do anything with it – disappointing…

This extension is awesome! I am a property manager and I type the same emails, phrases and addresses hundreds of times a day. Using Gorgias saves me time and makes my work less repetitive. I recently complained to the developers about entries jumping down a line and they responded and gave me a code trick to fix it. I thought it was going to be over my head, but I was able to do it and it worked! Best use of my $ in a long time. Thanks!

Greedy developers deleted all my templates just to persuade me to register, and when I do nothin happen, I lose all my templates created few years. Delete this and newer back. Hope developers will never have more serious projects, and just work on small chrome extention which nobody will use.
The most useful templates utility I have seen, easily called up with a shortcut whenever you need it.
A handy HTML editor, and you can include the subject line in the template.
Using tags you can quickly sort through your template if you have many.
I would have liked to see an option to organize the templates in folders and an RTL option in the editor.
Still free and useful. Having had to sign in more regularly recently, this was an inadvertent improvement as the same templates are now available on different PC’s, so presumably now stored on the cloud. However this morning I logged in to be informed the subscription was out of date and I couldn’t find the templates. But thankfully my old templates were still there, found under ‘ALL’ rather than the more obvious ‘shared’ and ‘private’ templates.
I used to love it and use it daily. Now, all my templates are gone and it tells me to login. None of my e-mail addresses are known to Gorgias, so I can’t access my account, if I ever had one, I don’t know.
No modern tools used.
