Unable to stake – keeps informing me to install the browser extension which I have already.

Simple but very nice!
It was working well for a while, loaded up the wallet with ONE tokens and bought some NFTs on Harmony’s LMA Art Gallery. Now when I try to withdraw ONE tokens from this wallet, it says my password is invalid. It’s not possible since I use a password manager so I know it’s the right password. I couldn’t believe it, I emailed at “[email protected]” and have yet to receive a reply. I’m very disappointed in how this wallet basically made my ONE tokens and NFTs inaccessible. I really do hope they are able to update and fix this. I highly DO NOT recommend you use this wallet to store your ONE tokens in its current state, it’s not worth the risk of losing access to them!

I just download now but I canot Purchase NFT Beast Quest> The contract does not show up in my hardwallet and it is reject in the Brave extension. Please let me know how to proceed.
Used my Ledger Nano S to connect with the Harmony One extension and works well. Clean interface. Keep up the good work guys. Such an undervalued project, great technology, great team.
There is a tiny BUT serious bug with the password system that renders this extension totally useless for staking!
Password is not working anymore – unreliable wallet.
I have been asking for a bit of advice on how to recover my account and no one has responded to my email, i have been searching online for any resources and none so far. The Chrome extension no longer work as i had to rebuild my pc. When i use the recover option and enter the 12 word seeds , an account is created with zero value. Can someone from the tech team respond, i emailed hello and chrome @harmonyone.io
