Replace jQuery file in the page with local cached file to speed up page load.
Besides, due to the GFW of China, Chinese can’t access Google CDN js. This chrome extension can avoid this situation.

另外，由于中国对 Google 的屏蔽，导致部分使用 Google CDN 加速 jQuery 的网站无法正常运行(例如 stackoverflow.com)，使用 jQuey-cache 可以避免此尴尬。

A good plugin, the only one which serves jquery from plugins folder itself without any CDN at all.
But in the same time this is problem: versions are outdated.
This is great not only for performance but also this improves a privacy. But for some reason alicdn which breaks this advantage but newer versions of jquery can be uploaded from CDN.
Also from what I saw in sources it makes very basic analyze of the URL – it should contain jquery and have a version x.x.x but this may broke jquery-ui and all related plugins.
This is dangerous and I would not recommend to use the plugin.
