This extension enabled opening links in a new tab with one button. When installed a long click on a link (½ second) will cause it to open in a new background tab.
This is an alternative to “middle-click” or “right-click->new tab” which is especially useful when using it on button-less laptops (Macbook) or laptops with only two buttons.
Note: This should work on all sites, please contact me at [email protected] if you notice any issues.

– [Known Issue] Facebook and Google Reader and some other sites open the clicked link in current window after long click. Workaround is to click and drag off after new tab has opened.

It works, but it open the link in the current window too. You have to move the mouse to make the link not open on current tab, which is very annoying.

In some sites, like duckduckgo, the new tab opens in the background but also in the current tab. So you’ll end with duplicated tabs.
I won’t use the extension until that’s fixed, but then this will be an essential.

For me, it opens two new identical tabs instead of one. How to correct it?
it opens the link in new background tab, but also opens the same link in current tab. that’s not good :/
also there’s should be an option to adjust how long you should hold your mouse, 0,5 is too long for some people

It works, but it does EXACTLY the same thing as middle-click of link, so it does not seem to add any value to me.
