I love, love, love the app. I have started therapy recently and my therapist asked me to take note of all my hiper and hipo emotional lapsus, I download and tested a lot of apps. This was by farrrr the best. I even converted the jason of the backup to excel and after a quick cleaning of the sheet, I sent it to my therapist. He said it was pretty useful to plan my therapy route, he even asked me to share with him the name of the app to recommend it to his another patients. So, I think it would be useful to be able to export a simple sheet or sent it to our therapist by mail. Thanks for your hard work.

I love this new tab. It remind me throughout my day to keep my chin up and be productive. One thing I would like is for me to add how I feel whenever it seems to be important. Along with the normal daily reminder. I just want to have a deeper outlook to how I feel throughout the day. If this is already a feature, please be sure to tell me! I love the app and I will be using for a long time to come.
P.s – Love the ‘Super clean’ feature. I use it during work so no one questions what’s happening on the new tab. So, thank you!

We all have “Moods” and Emotions which are there to help us know what our environmental state is (ie: fight or flight, relaxed or tense, playful, etc..).
As a Bi-Polar who takes active part in medication and personal reflection as a course of treatment, I find this app to be essential to tracking of my daily, monthly and yearly mental state. Along with Bell of Mindfulness, I can remain fairly stable throughout my daily routine.

I recently downloaded Moodflow to see what it was all about, and it is indeed quite useful and a pragmatic approach to perhaps obtaining a better understanding of your daily moods! One thing I did notice, it is a bit slow and needs some improvements with minor things. P.S. This chrome extension has a beautiful layout. 🙂 Goodluck
