Oh God! on PC gives you the ability to cast different souls to either Heaven or Hell. Each soul that comes up to you will have a weight of different deeds that will help you determine where to place them. Oh God! rewards you for placing souls in the correct place.
You also have to clean up Heaven by sorting out evil wings from the good ones. Once you’ve cleaned the evil wings, Oh God! gives you coins that you can spend to improve the way Heaven looks.
