Page Edit is an extension that let you make changes to any HTML webpage.
To work with this add-on, simply open the toolbar popup UI and then click on the big toggle button at the left side. Once the add-on is active, the icon turns to blue color. A – Design Mode – banner will also be shown in the current tab at the top left corner. Now, the document is ready for editing; make desired changes with the text editing buttons available in toolbar popup UI. Once your edits are completed, click on the toggle button again to turn off the add-on.
Note: to work with text editing tools in toolbar popup UI, please first select a text and then click on a desired button in the popup.
If you found a bug to report, or have a feature request in mind, please fill the bug report form in the add-on’s homepage (https://mybrowseraddon.com/page-edit.html).
works as intended. thank you!
barra de herramientas flotante, sería Ideal.
cool, but what I really wanted is save feature, something like super simple highlighter, you know, make a highlight on any page and save them even after reloading or such. I am not a Javascript pro so cannot say for sure but it must be that not hard to add a simple save feature onto the extension. I’ll be waiting for that.
It’s really good for making small changes on pages. I’ve been using it to highlight some relevant content by adding a background color to it. It would be quite nice if it had a shortcut to select the tools that we want to use =)
if there is a floating toolbar, would be better.
