Replace Duolingo cartoons with anime girls

Replace the cartoons in Duolingo exercises with anime girls. Developed with all languages in mind, but tested in German.

All images referenced by links and the Chrome icon are obtained from copyright-free sources, for the most part using the “creative commons” filter on google, and others from community wikis.
