A simple extension to help you download and save the URL to a file on your local drive.
It behaves like ‘Save As…’ or ‘Save link as…’ context menu item for any URL entered in the dialog box.

Handy for saving a web page despite a couple of limitations. I suggest you copy the address bar before clicking on the extension button. Hit the save button –> paste at the highlighted area –> don’t remove the .html
–> shorten for clarity
