ShoreTel Web Dialer allows a ShoreTel user to dial phone numbers appearing on any page displayed with a single click.
It works but it not compatible with ShoreTel Director page. It over-writes the users DID making it difficult to see what is really programmed for the user. No way to site-selectively disable it, so as an admin I can’t use it as I would like to.
Mixed content warning kills any productivity gained. No option to permanently delete the warning in Chrome.
It works until everytime Chrome does a security patch…
