This extension shows you a stream of flashcards each time a new tab is opened. That way, every time you open a new tab you review 2-3-5 cards before doing something else, mixing these tiny chunks of flashcards reviewing through the day, which should also improve memory-retention as interleaving comes into play.
It is a part of the Studylib.net project. So you can review your sets of flashcards not only with this extension but using a website with your PC or mobile device.

Маст хев функционал для регулярного использования, странно что крупные проекты типа Quizlet такой функционал до сих пор не реализовали.

It’s pretty good… but the space to write in answers is too small and hard to reach…so I usually just skip that part…
Had a bit of trouble finding my way around ,but once it got going ,I believe it is an excellent aid to building up a vocabulary.
Всегда было лень изучать английский, все эти приложения, книги с авто переводом, целенаправленные видео – рано или поздно становилось слишком лень их открывать (и тут конечно не лень а какой-то хитрый психологический механизм избегания). Но вот идея изучать английский по карточкам каждый раз при открытии новой вкладки – это прямо гениально. Во-первых, карточки – это топ, и обучение движется. Во-вторых, вкладки открываются десятками за день. И в-третьих удалять приложение чуть более лень, чем ответить на пяток вопросов. У приложения только один минус: представленные по-умолчанию карточки имеют, скажем так, специфический перевод. Рекомендую изучающим заморочится с составлением собственного набора карточек, это более эффективно.
