Web extension built for cross-browser bookmark syncing to the cloud. Currently supports Dropbox, Google Drive, and Box as backends for bookmark synchronization.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t work for me. It can be in chrome to chrome, but it cannot be synchronized between different browsers. I have tested it on different devices, and I have invited others to test it. Maybe it’s the bookmark language problem, because it can be synchronized in a pure English environment and bookmarks. This situation has been around for many years.

This has been a lifesaver for crossbrowser bookmark syncing. I do miss Xmarks, but this is a solid replacement.

This is exactly what I wanted. Seamlessly syncing bookmark between Firefox, Chrome, Brave. So, Now I don’t have to fear of loosing bookmarks. Been using for 3 months without any problem. Great work dev.

It’s ok but tends to duplicate bookmarks. So you might end up with 10 bookmarks for the same site and then have to delete 9.
Bobby Holla
It doesn’t sync with google drive.

Wonderful extension! I switched to Brave, and the built-in sync system is not working yet. This extension works great, and integrates easily with my existing Dropbox account

syncmarx is one of my most important extensions, which I use every day. When I had problems, Greg was very helpful and we were able to figure out the problem and solve it. Sometimes there are hiccups and the bookmarks double or are scattered everywhere. Then I go back to another browser that hasn’t synced yet and force push / force pull to get it right again.
syncmarx solves a major problem of having a self-controlled, cross-browser and cross-platform synchronization solution for bookmarks. I can’t wait for version 1.0.
@Greg: Thank you for an engagement, I really appreciate your time and energy.

Seems really promising. Doesn’t seem to work with Kiwi Browser on Android.

Works in Firefox out of the box, but for some reason doesn’t sync with Chrome. I haven’t worked out why yet, there are no errors popping up.

Very good tool to sync bookmarks in Chrome with Edge (Chromium). Miss the addin sync feature.

I use this to sync between Chrome at work and Firefox at home. I haven’t been able to get it to syn Chrome’s built-in “Other bookmarks” folder with Firefox’s “Other Bookmarks” — apparently the capital B makes all the difference. My workaround was to put an “Etc.” folder in the bookmarks bar and keep all the “Other” bookmarks there. “Other b/Bookmarks” remains as a non-syncing folder. Which is useless, frankly. But this extension is the opposite of useless.

Garbles my bookmarks, unfortunately …

It is not working, I force pushed on Firefox, ok. Force pulled on Chrome, and i got “Failed to pull bookmark data”. Pressing “sync” doesn’t work as well. Same profile both browsers.
Please help fixing, I got hope when someone said that had finally found some bm sync that works.

Not as feature rich as XMarks but considerably more stable and before all, lets me own my own data. Brilliant little tool.

This is a great replacement for XMarks. It could be a bit more intuitive, but overall very good. I sent $$ to the author, cause they deserve it.
