Adds a few nifty features to toyotanation.com (also works with benzworld.org).
* Make images zoomable.
* Add infinite scrolling.
* Add a custom image to the upper right corner.
* Specify up to 200 threads in the gen 1 and 2 Camry forum.
* Change the forum to mimic reddit.com.
* Remove advertising ect.
* Fix annoying thread descriptions.
