This experimental Chrome feature allows you to have a video that float and stays on top of all other windows. Now you can watch the game while you work. Or, watch an instructional video while you follow along.

best floating extension ever
Why can´t someone just create a simple floating window plug in? This doesn´t work. The enable panels option is not even available.

Does exactly what it says. It’s the only one I found that works on other sites besides YouTube and resizes/focuses video content, instead of just opening the web page in a panel. Nice work!

A wonderful app that has shown me the exceptional new feature of youtube–panels outside of the browser! Only request is that if you’re playing a playlist, that it does not fix itself on the wrong area of the page. I love it, still.
