This extension allows you to adjust the brightness of the videos in your browser. Now, I can confirm that it is working on Youtube and Nico Nico Douga.

この拡張機能は、ブラウザにある動画の明るさを調整できます。現在、Youtube,ニコニコ動画などでは動作しているのを確認できました。
更なるアップデートをしていこうと思いますので、応援よろしくお願いします。
動画の明るさを0.1～1の範囲で「暗くする機能」のみ提供されています。
拡張機能自体とは関係ないですが、作者サイトに貼られているURLが開発者向けのものになっており、そちらからはインストールできません。
