As a sighted web developer I couldn’t get this to do anything when it was enabled. If I were blind it would be impossible to activate… even if that did anything.

There’s no instructions. I can’t figure out how to work it.
I can’t vote this one way or another. There isn’t enough information in the description to tell how to use it. The element it says to enable in Chrome://flags isn’t there. And there is no intuitive way to figure out how to get it to read anything. Too bad. This kind of extension could be useful. 🙁
