Looks like it could be quite good … If it actually worked. Not working for me on brave browser. Lets me get to some settings/dashboard page but that’s all. I can’t see any calendar page, email page, nothing visible when in gmail. Nothing. Shame as it shows promise.

Mixmax rules! It’s eliminated all the back and forth in setting up meetings as I can just pop my schedule directly into emails. It’s a great tracking an communications tool.
BEWARE – The app is disingenuous about deactivation and has destroyed all user trust for me.
I liked this app when I used it, but I decided I didn’t want to use it anymore. I clicked an option in their app that say “Deactivate MixMax for [email protected].” You would think that would be the end of it, but no…. On a weekly basis I get asked to reinstall it before sending emails. I’ve deactivated it three or four times now and keep getting asked to reinstall it.
Mixmax increases my productivity exponentially! So grateful for this product — couldn’t have a more glowing review. I have been using for several years and as a student it helps me get things done, stay on top of task, plus it’s effortless to use. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU MIXMAX!!!

Amazing all-around tool for email. It helped and increased the productivity of my team as it allowed us to set templates, reminders, tracking, and automation. The tracking and template tools were especially useful. We were able to try different versions of our emails and optimize the templates to increase our engagement level with our customers.

Great extension with some hard-to-find features like scheduled emails and embedded web link previews (things gmail ought to have). Most reviews on here are a year old, so here’s a current one (well, for now). I’ve used the MixMax free plan for 2 years, primarily for a side business; my email volume isn’t very high so the free tier works great. My favorite feature, email scheduling is easy to use and reliable (I’ve never had one fail). If you’re unsure why you’d need it, here are a few reasons: (1) email written the day before but sent automatically first thing in the morning helps ensure it will be at the top of the recipient’s inbox, (2) clients don’t see an odd-hours timestamp on the email, or (3) schedule an email as a reminder for a meeting or appointment or to provide agenda beforehand. There is a mixmax ‘signature’ added to the email, but you can remove it manually–just click on the link it adds in your email, and then click the “I’m not tired of clicking” pop-up that opens…simple, especially for low-volume use. Web page preview/snapshots embedded in the email are also a nice feature; you do get a mixmax tag on that as well, but it’s not horribly intrusive and I don’t mind the minor advertising for something I use for free. There are many other features, not all of which I have a need for, but I’ve tested them and they work great. My only complaint is the interface could be more user-friendly and logically designed; granted there is always a learning curve and you have to get used to their layout and workflow, but I think this could be refined for easier use. Along with that, it’d be nice if they embedded a tutorial for new users to walk them through features and use cases. Honestly though, those are minor gripes for an extension that adds fantastic utility, for FREE! I’ve yet to see another service offer the same quality service as MixMax.
Mixmax is AMAZING! The templates and tracking capabilities are priceless! I do MANY email campaigns in my position and since it easily integrates with Gmail, it makes my job much easier! Thank you, Mixmax!

I am having the same problem. I contacted support quite a while ago and they said they would let me know when the issue is resolved. This greatly diminishes the usefulness of MixMax for me.
It is working great. I would love to see the open count directly within the email webpage without having to open the live feed page.
Mixmax, a very resourceful APP but my emails doesn’t deliver on time. i had sent several emails but very slow in delivering.
I don’t no if you guys are trying to protect your IP Reputation or the mails are been sent through Gmail.

REALLY liked this extension and used it all the time…Then it developed a conflict with another extension (worked for over a year) …Support was horrible, they said they could help and then disappeared during the process twice. AND I paid for this extension, so I am out some $$, but I really just wanted it to work (like it did for so long).

Good tool, even good enough to pay for it. Though I encounter trouble till I install it on my new mac. It showed to set up for my business gmail account on Google Chrome @ iOS system, and this step never be done, even I leave my mac alone more than 2 hours. Is there any solution?
It messed up all the formatting on my gmail. Couldn’t send or respond to emails properly as it kept popping up over key gmail features I needed to use (like forward/reply buttons!). Made everything much more complicated and painful
