Finally found it !! for long time other only have discard or suspend tab must click on button or timer but all never have stop load in next background tab like middle click.
But this can stop perfect in 5 sec
***It have some conflict with chrome auto discard tab in setting must be disable.
This extension literally does nothing
Did not work.
