When you’re reading a news story on a news organization’s website, just click the NewsCracker icon to receive our accuracy and spin ratings for the article on a scale from 0-10. By checking an article for potential inaccuracy or bias, you can stay away from fake news and remain a savvy, informed news consumer while browsing an internet increasingly dominated by misleading content.
We are always in the process of improving our product. If you disagree with a rating on an article you’re viewing, you can “flag” the rating, which will prompt us to look into the rating and see what went wrong. You may also notify us of any bugs or errors that come up, either through the extension or by emailing us at [email protected], so that we can continue to improve the user experience.
