Quick Translator is your everyday helper to translate an unknown foreign word, sentence or a whole article. It’s a simple and fast way to translate text into another language without breaking away from work.
Quick translator will be good during your homework, chat with a business partner or while you are reading any foreign text. All foreign languages are available for translation. Just select needed languages you use most of all and they will appear in the context menu when you are translating.
How to use Quick translator:
– select word or phrase you want to translate
– open the context menu and press “Translate” button
That’s all!
It seems to be very picky on how much of a paragraph it wants to translate, and also how often it does that. My own qualm, really. I can’t use an extension that will only translate half of a paragraph, and then the paragraph below it will be completely translated. That is not helpful. I like that you can customize the preferences so it pops up into a smaller translate window, but I had to select text to make the options become available in the first place.
