While it did seem handy for when I was typing Spanish sentences (I’m learning Spanish), my browser told me that this is a dangerous extension and that I should disable it as it could cause a threat. Now I’m worried and not sure whether this is safe or not 🙁
I do a lot of writing & translating to Spanish & Portuguese so I got one extension for each. This is one of the few that actually has Portuguese characters. The funny thing is, it shows up as a “õ” icon in my browser but the “õ” button doesn’t work. Whenever I click it, it pastes the thing I did before, something different, or nothing at all. 🙁 I use this pretty often–Portuguese has a lot of “ão” words and their plurals are “õ” so it’s frustrating that this and not something like “ü” is missing. :(((( Also I can’t figure out how to get capital letters which is more of a user error, but I wish the directions were clearer (maybe a video tutorial?) for slow people like me 😉

I just tested it on my school account and it really works. This is going to help a lot with my Spanish homework.
The weird thing is that two of the same extensions (including this) does the same thing, one has 50k users and this has 100k+

Its easier for me to type Spanish!
A little tedious to click the extension button over and over, but it works well and is simple enough for anyone to understand.
this extention is very useful! I would just recommend that to create something so that you can type up certain characters by using shortcuts on your keyboard because it can take a while to go onto the the extention, click the character, and then paste it. At least its faster than typing all those alt codes! 🙂
Very Simple and easy to use. But was hoping for these characters: Ā ā Ē ē Ī ī Ō ō Ū ū ‘
Or the option to create our own pallettes of our own commonly used characters would be great 🙂

It works, just, I wish it just added the character instead of requiring you to paste it. That would make it SOOOO much easier. Also, no mathematical or quantum characters? I use pi a lot man. Fee would be useful when I’m bored and want to do something for fun too.

The idea is sick, we kjust need more characters. PLeeeeeeaaase!
Could not be any more minimalistic, which is exactly what chrome extensions need to be. Only thing would be to make keybinds so you don’t have to always open the extension, but I love the fact that it copies it to the clipboard so the character can be used anywhere on your computer instead of inserting it at the cursor in Chrome.
Good idea but WAY too few characters to be of any use.

Very small selection. I read reviews saying so and downloaded it anyway, not realizing just how small the selection would be. Useless for any characters not found in European languages.
This extension doesn’t let you edit the character sets which makes it kinda useless.
Also, the copy-paste scheme isn’t really fast to use. Meh.
