Works alright, causes some forums to load then disappear however, hopefully this gets fixed

Great idea, but the extension and website is really buggy, which mostly negates the energy/time saved by the tool.
Attempted several times to use, so much user frustration. Couldn’t use the app at all, everything was greyed out. If I clicked on something it would take me to a different app. Didn’t work at all.
Works like a charm. Sometimes you have to login again, but minor detail. You also have to save you citations to Word before your can copy and paste to your research paper.
