No clear instructions on how to set up. I’m fairly tech savvy and could not figure it out. This might be a good app, but they need to work on making the set up instructions clear.
Can’t fetch articles from theinitium.com.
Total fail. The Extension Options page has a Check URL button that does nothing, so it can’t be configured.
I have a self’hosted wallabag instance, this addon works perfectly with it.
Same problem as Don Robertson. Went to the link in your reply. It said “First of all you have to create a new client on your wallabag installation. How to do that is described in Documentation”
WHERE IN THE DOCUMENTATION???
Works beautifully and beautifully designed.
Buggered if I can work it out. Support site? No – thats a bug tracker.
How to I get it to work? All I get is
Loading wallabag API…
The Check URL button does not appear to do anything. Everything says unchecked.
Obviously there is a way to do this – but seems to be being kept a secret for some reason.
Wonderful. Self hosted Pocket app with offline capabilities. Life saver for smart people!
Self hosted Pocket-type app. Sweet!
Works great, thank you!
Aha, wonderful! Does exactly what you want: mimics Pocket but lets you control your data. Thank you, Wallabag developers!
Yes, it works. Thank you for creating this. I had to figure out where to get the IDs from, too.
But please, please, can you implement to only save the current selection? I would need nothing else in addition to that single feature.
Finally a v2 api client for Chrome! Thank you!
It works as one would expect, saves an article to Wallabag, and allows you to manipulate tag data. It optionally allows you to delete, and mark as read the article that you just saved.
It’s very nice to have the Oauth turned on, no more pesky password pop-ups.
Thanks Wallabag developers!
ok, finally got this extension to work with my selfhosted wallabag installation. It seems to be documented nowhere, but you have to go to yoururl.com/developer/client/create to get a client id token.
Regarding this extension: It saves the current website to wallabag. But I would love a list of recent wallabag items and also a counter of unread items on the extensions icon
