YouTubify (previously known as VideOWNED) gives you the control over web videos that you deserve. Adding some of the best features from YouTube videos that regular HTML5 videos don’t have, such as disable autoplaying videos, and adding pause/play on click, along with fullscreen on double click. These are all configurable and sync across your Google account settings.

I do not know why others have not rated this. THIS IS THE ONLY EXTENSION I HAVE GOT TO WORK ON A HARD TO STOP HTML5 VIDEO FROM AUTO PLAYING! The others that I have tried that say they auto stop would not work on this.
