Update 2.4: Internationalisation – All languages should now be supported.
One of my friends raised a feature request with Zendesk to get this as a first class feature: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360049132674-Feature-request-individual-submit-buttons-instead-of-drop-down Get on over there and support it so you won’t have to live without the expander for a bit next time their UI changes and it breaks.
Do you hate having to make that one extra click to close a ticket? Are you worried your mouse clicks will wear out?
No More! Now the ‘submit as’ menu is turned into a button group, making all options available all the time with a single click!

The app just got updated and we love it! Keep up the good work – makes working with Zendesk much more smooth and faster.
Still not working for some reason. Just stopped at the beginning of August. Really liked it. It was very helpful back when it worked.
Update: (September 29) Seems to be working again and I could not be happier!!!
September 30 – It stopped working again. Got one evening out of it.

As of September 2020 it is *kind of* working.
If I open chrome fresh and go in to a ticket the old menu is there.
If I refresh the page whilst on the ticket the expanded buttons show up.
Appreciate the hard work developers!
It saves a great deal of time now having to select from the drop down list. However, it has not been working for the past weeks. Please look into this.
This stopped working as indicated by a few recent users… Would be good to get this into the Out of the box Zendesk

Nice app, saves a fair amount of time! If you do a lot of tickets and clicks, I would definitely recommend.
I tweaked my Zendesk-setup a bit, and really love combining this with Grammarly and TypeGenie, makes a big difference in quality and speed!
I really love the extension, but the last few days the buttons have disappeared. Removing them from Chrome, deleting the cash – Even re-installing Chrome did not solve the problem.
Its not working again. Can anyone test this for me? It was working fine until few weeks ago…
The latest version (2.0.2.0) breaks the submit bar in Zendesk.

Looks like Zendesk has updated again – it’s not working currently for me, anyone else experiencing this?
Love this extension, absolute time-saver. Like Illinois Office Clients also said, as of this afternoon (8-15-2019), it seems to have stopped dispalying/working. Disabling allows the regular ZD submit options to reappear, but the buttons don’t show up anymore. Hopefully something that can be fixed soon!
Randomly stopped appearing. The window reverted to the “stock” setup but now I can’t click the menus. They pop up for a split second before disappearing. This issue resolves as soon as I remove this extension.
This is the best workflow improver!
Trying to work without this extension is like driving to work while only taking left hand turns.

It’s a little less slick than before but it goes with the new style ZD is going for, so it’s perfect. You have no idea how excited I was when I got to work this morning and the buttons were back!
It is no longer working, I believe zendesk updated the UI and your code does not pick it up anymore, can you please fix it? I am a developer and happy to help.
