wont work even after downloadingit
Too many updates without notification reducing patient care services. Doesn’t allow entry on Chromebooks, sending to a download page to options not supported. As other reviewers, have on several occasions uninstalling and reinstalling the CareCloud Helper with no success, only frustrated patients and providers.
Can’t get into carecloud say’s I need to download the extension but I all ready have it. So how do we fix this???????

Care Cloud is becoming out of touch with its users. Spend more time chasing its complicated upgrades and tool updates and this time have been unable to resolve the game its throwing at me. It may be time to find a product that is more reliable and can write code that meets the needs of the client.
How does a software still require flash in 2019.
