By clicking “Add to Chrome”, you accept and agree to install the Custom Search extension and setting Chrome™ default search to that provided by the service and the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
The Custom Search extension will update your search settings and will change your search engine to Bing.
Features:
Besides configuring your default search to Custom Search’s search, you will be able to check your local weather forecast only a click away at any time! We didn’t want this feature to be annoying for our users so we placed it under additional extension’s „Options“. Therefore, you can check it only if and when you are actually interested in it, rather than browsing for some weather forecast online tools.
By clicking “Add to Chrome”, you will get Custom Search extension installed and our logo will appear in the top right corner of Chrome – in extensions bar. By choosing „Options“on the menu, you will get a window with the weather forecast and the search box.
Useful Information:
Just start by typing preferred search term (query) into the Google Chrome Browser Omni Bar. The Custom Search search will check the best suitable search provider for You automatically.

To remove the Custom Search search extension simply go to Google Chrome “Settings” page. Find the “Extensions” in the settings menu and there you will find Custom Search extension listed.
To uninstall it just use the “Remove” button.

It sucks and i want to get rid of it but don’t know how to.
If there was negative starts I’ve gave them the worst rate I can give this sucks I didn’t even press download and I never even seen this thing then it pops in my computer which I don’t know how and its making me using Microsoft bing if anyone have a way to remove it please reply to me :C

FIRST METHOD (removes extension from windows registry)
Open your windows registry editor. To find, click your windows button on the bottom left and type registry editor. Do this on your desktop, the chrome browser does not need to be opened for this. A window will open asking if you want to allow this app to make changes to your computer. click yes.
Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Google\Chrome\ExtensionInstallForcelist
Delete the extension ID
On my computer the id was “dlljemmfdaoilbnjhipcpnekjhdohmdn”
It may be different on your computer. if your not sure you can delete everything except the one that says default.
Done.
second method (workaround if first method doesn’t work not recommended)
open your file system and go to
C:\Users\ “your user name” \AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions
Delete the folder with the extension id: “dlljemmfdaoilbnjhipcpnekjhdohmdn”
it may be different on your computer
Go back one directory and right click the Extensions folder.
Select properties, security, edit,
Select administrators then check the box that says deny, then click apply and ok

Why did I wake up to an extension I didn’t install, how do take this extension from my computer
Zero Stars: Is actually a virus, somehow got installed on my computer and denied me from removing it by making itself an administrator. Was able to read all my passwords, thank god I didn’t have my bank information. Google really has to do something with not letting extensions see you passwords and stuff. I was able to remove it by going into regedit and deleting all of the subcategories in chrome.
I abosolutly hate this virus. I spent 2 hours yelling at full volume at my computer, trying to get this POS extension off my computer. Really enraging, please remove from google, dumbest extention I’ve ever seen. Never added, and never wanted it.

Should be 0. I never asked to install this, just showed up randomly , and I cannot REMOVE it from my device. Get rid of this trash app, this is ridiculous!
