Google stinks and sensors my search results. They are the worst. Duckduckgo does not sensor my results. They are awesome. google can fall in the toilet, man…
Liked it but had to remove the extension from Chrome. Was blocking my ability to log in to my Barnes and Noble account and my New Yorker subscription. Maybe other issues, too. Still my default search engine but had to take it off Chrome. Only re-installed it so I could write this review. Part 2: had to remove it again to ask a question about a new refrigerator on the General Electric website. Need to fix this extension so it doesn’t block pop-ups, only ads.
This extension works great! Right When I heard about it, I automatically used it! With Brave!
I like it very much. But at the end of the day, what I would love is to be able to utilize DDG while still having Google Chrome as my default search engine. I’m unable to change it in the settings. Yes, I understand this is counter intuitive but this is my current needs.
Would love to see a work around for this. Or, even if DDG updates their extension for an optional yearly plan that’ll let me still use their extension but still have Google as the default search engine.

I loved this, but I need to dock a star and remove the extension because it breaks a site I need *even when the site is whitelisted*.

Расширение норм, но почему по умолчанию уточка в автоматическом режиме устанавливает в хром свою поисковую систему??? Это так нужно для работы или для чего? Было бы неплохо отключить это условие и сделать возможным установления своего поиска который был до установки этого разрешения.
Ищет гораздо хуже чем гугл, иногда не связанное с запросом. Если я ввожу название цифрового продукта на английском(а другого названия нет), он мне все сайты выдаёт не русские.
Я так и не смог найти информацию, работает ли это расширение если пользоваться другими поисковиками.
A oldalértéklő funkció nagyon jó, egyetlen problémám vele az hogy sok oldalnak nem tudja megmondani milyen adatvédelmi gyakorlatokat használ(tudom néha lehetetlen megmondani de azért nyújthatna több információt is). A keresőmotor lehetne opcionális és talán de csak talán lehetne benne Duckduckgo lite is 😀
My problem is that I always search for websites with DuckDuckGo but I can still open the searching site itself with Chrome which is a Google product. On the mobile phone it is easy beacuse Duck runs through an application, but on PC no Duck icon. Anyway my PC seems to manage Duck as part of Chrome.
For me, how you force to install your add-on looks like a typical scam.
