I liked it, mainly for the functionality of being able to link an email to an Opportunity for example but about 3 days ago we had an update of Google’s Gmail, and the buttons disappeared, these buttons are extremely important for us to continue with the product, which until now it had been meeting our expectations, but now it has stopped working. But we are contacting Support to see if they resolve.

You get fooled into thinking this is just a simple sync between your gmail and vtiger. When you install exstension it comes with error and notes you have to install a module in your vtiger then some spurious rubbish about your data is not loaded elsewhere. Perhaps people dont want all this additional crap and simply want the synce from gmail and vtiger. Be very aware this is not what is seems and I would worry about data protection
on configuration matters, a single option as: “www.mydomain.com” will open that tool to many community installations
