The Hreflang Tag Checker is designed to automate the process of checking a site’s hreflang tag deployment. The tool takes a readout of a URL’s hreflang tags, and then crawls them to assess if they back reference your current URL.
This saves precious time when it comes to assessing a site’s language targeting and hreflang architecture, allowing you to get a fast and reliable impression of the status of a site’s optimisation for international organic search.
Worst extension ever! I had a problem with Czech version of page (I marked it as “cz”, not “cs”), but it said everything is ok. Never use this plugin.
It is good to use
Tool does not assess sitemap files for hreflang tags. This is sometimes the only way to manage hreflang generation.
Fantastic little tool, would recommend for validating your web page alternative hreflang links.
Can be used in dev environments.
A great tool for checking hreflang implementation
This is the Hreflang Tag tool that I have been waiting for. Phenomenal. Clearly made by people that know (and love) what they are doing.
Super quick and easy to validate hreflang implementation.
