This is an amazing Extension, Works really good
Since Chrome 54 PANELS are gone
but the extension pop out tabs and they can be used as normal windows but like fullscreen, no search bar no tab strip, no extensions bar, GREAT for whatsapp or youtube
please FIX theres a bug that if you make the pop out windows full screen and have 2 or more pop out windows they dissapear, but only if pop out windows are full screen

Finally! A panelizing extension that works!
As for those who say it doesn’t stay on top, read the instructions he gives:
Go to ‘chrome://flags/’

Once you do this, the panels should work. If the windows that open dont have the gray tops and snap to the bottom of the screen, like in the pictures, it’s a problem with enabling panels, not the extention.
sound wonderful, but they can’t be on top inside Chrome. It’s just a normal window
Very good, because unlike ‘panelize updated’, it ACTUALLY FREAKING WORKS.
Does NOT stay on top and there’s no way to set it to stay on top.
Nice app, but doesn’t actually stay on top and there’s no way to configure this addon to change that behavior.
