TubeHD forces video quality to be the EXACT as you set up.

Download extension to keep youtube videos from default to 360p. However, when I selected 1080p the video would default to 360p.

It works perfect as expected! Of course, you have to know/ learn how to use it. It’s dead simple. Just click it and chose your desired resolution. Done and it’s working!
I tried many other extensions which worsened the situation. I removed the other Extension and go with it for now. I suspect many bad reviews are probably fakes.
