Watch video using Picture-in-Picture(Always on top Floating Mini Player).
Picture-in-Picture (PiP) allows you to watch videos in a floating window (always on top of other windows) so you can keep an eye on what you’re watching while interacting with other sites, or applications.
It also, some shortcuts suitable for playback are provided, allowing operation even when the browser is not displayed!!
Keyboard shortcut:
Picture in picture : Ctrl + Shift + 9 (⌘ + shift + 9 on macOS)
Pause / Start : Ctrl + Shift + 8 (⌘ + shift + 8 on macOS)
Skip video 10 sec : Ctrl + Shift + 7 (⌘ + shift + 7 on macOS)
Video back 10 seconds : Ctrl + Shift + 6 (⌘ + shift + 6 on macOS)

The extension should works on other websites as well.
This extension is great to add media shortcuts to skip ahead, pause, etc to a floating YouTube popup.

This concept is really cool, however, it doesn’t seem to be working atm
とっても重宝していたのですが、何日か前からワイプの画面が真っ黒か透明のまま動画が表示されず、音声だけが流れるようになりました。
再インストールでも、外の拡張機能を切ってもそうなってしまうのです…
Chromeのバージョン関係なのか…私の環境だけなのでしょうか？
また使えるようになったら、嬉しいなぁ。

素晴らしく使いやすいです。でも画面の大きさは指定できないのでしょうか？
学習動画（前面表示）見ながら別Windowで作業できるのがいい。
